Ethnograms Micro-Residency announced

Ethnograms: A micro-residency for artists, designers, programmers an anthropologists

Dovecot Studios Edinburgh 21-23 May 2014
Deadline for applications: Tuesday 6th May

We’re pleased to be working in partnership with Anthropologists Alice Street and Jamie Cross, from the University of Edinburgh to deliver the Ethnograms micro-residency, leading to a £5,000 artists commission.

We welcome applications from artists, designers and programmers to participate in the Ethnograms micro-residency; an opportunity to work with a team of anthropologists from the University of Edinburgh to develop new ways to visualise social relationships with diagrams, info-graphics and maps.

The micro-residency will culminate in a pop-up exhibition of ‘Ethrograms’ and will feed into a larger scale public exhibition of project outputs in 2015.
